Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least one hour prior to your appointment. All video consultations are held via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. In-person consultations are available by request and will take place at our floral studio—directions will be provided upon scheduling. You’ll receive all consultation details via email.
